Okkay I have been noticing this beautiful platinum blonde bald chick for the longest. Ever since I seen pictures of her with rapper Kanye West attending Narciso Rodriques Fall 2009 during Mercedes-Benz Fashion in New York City. And every since then she has been popping up everywhere.
